Emergency in Andover — common questions
Are you really available overnight in Andover?
Yes — call 07346 123399 at any hour and you'll speak to someone who can triage the fault and give you a realistic attendance time.
What should I do while waiting?
Stop using water and waste appliances if foul water is backing up, keep people away from standing water near electrics, and isolate the pump at the fused spur only if it is safe to reach.
Can you pump the site out as well as repair it?
We run our own tanker fleet, so in Andover we can pump down a flooded chamber or basement and carry out the repair on the same visit where access allows.
